As the season approaches there are more and more direct flights to Croatia.
We bring you the recent updates from the airline industry.

Madrid to Dubrovnik flights introduced

 A direct flight from Madrid to Dubrovnik is introduced by Iberia, the Spanish national carrier.
The flights to Dubrovnik will start from 7th of June and last until 12 of October.
There will be two Airbus A320s flights a week, rising to three a week during the peak season.

Madrid - Dubrovnik flights timing:
Departure from Madrid at 10:20 - Arrival in Dubrovnik at 13.10.
Departure from Dubrovnik at 14.05 - Arrival in Madrid at 16.55.
The flights will last for 2 hrs and 50 minutes, with return price of £245.

 

New summer flight schedule for Croatia from Austrian Airlines

Due to the huge popularity of Croatian Adriatic coastal resorts amongst Austrian holidaymakers, Austrian Airlines is resuming seasonal flights to Dubrovnik and Split into its summer schedule.
Austrian Airlines will feature to each destination this coming summer 10flights a week.

The flight schedule to Zagreb will also increase.
There will be twoadditionalflightsa week - bringing the total number of flights to 33 a week.

Additional option for combining travel to Croatia and Montenegro are threeextrascheduledflightsthat will operate to Podgorica, the Montenegro capital in the summer of 2008, which will be served by 8 flights a week.



New Flights to Dubrovnik - Flybe announces summer 2008 schedule

Flights from Exeter UK to Dubrovnik (Dubrovnik Airport) are launched in Flybe’s summer 2008 schedule. 
The summer schedule is effective from 4th May to 19th October 2008.
Prices for these new Exeter - Dubrovnik flights are around £35 plus taxes one way, which comes to around £120 for return flights.

Flights will depart from Exeter UK every Sunday at 14.30 arriving at Dubrovnik Airport at 18.30.
Departure for Dubrovnik to Exeter is also every Sunday at 19.00 arriving at Exeter at 21.00.

 

Croatia Airlines announced direct flights to Zagreb from Albania and Montenegro this summer

As part of its new summer timetable, Croatia Airlines will offer travel from Pristina in Albania every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from June 16th.

Flights from Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, will be available from June 17th and depart every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.



A new route to Split from Bristol

EasyJet introduces the new flight option as one of a number of new destinations being offered by the carrier at the airport.

David Osbourne, general manager at the airline, said: "easyJet has increased the number of routes from Bristol over the past year, adding great, new summer destinations such as Biarritz, Olbia and Split from our largest base outside London."

The airline company now operates three Split routes, with flights also available to the city from London Gatwick and Geneva.
