The market in Montenegro is growing from strength to strength.
At times, particularly in Budva, it sometimes feels like Dubai with the volume of building under construction.However, much less than 1% of the total product to come onto the market is currently under construction, so there is a lot yet to be built.
Many of the traffic bottlenecks have been dealt with especially travelling towards the ferry from Budva and the rush is on to get as many other infrastructure projects complete before the summer.
The rise of the Russian buyer is continuing to drive the market forward and is expected to continue for 3 to 5 years. In response to this DPM / MIS are opening a new office in Moscow in June and will have 2 full time staff in Moscow as well as 6 Russian speaking staff in Montenegro. Many early British and Irish investors are now taking gains and the timing may well be good.

We have also been appointed as lead agents for Mirax development in Budva which is currently under construction with prices averaging at 8000 Euro per m2.
